1. What is your approach to event/wedding photography?

I respectfully allow you and your event/wedding guests to enjoy your special day.
Therfore I will not impose myself onto you and I will only interact directly for portraits and formal photographs.
If requested, I will meet you to discuss your individual requirements with a further option to undertake a pre-wedding shoot.
It is my aim to create something unique and personal for every client that will capture an essence of who they are but with a touch of magic and editorial style.
UnIess directed otherwise I will only set up as little shots as possible, remaining unobtrusive, concentrating on capturing the party, emotions & the details of your event/wedding day.
I work on the premise that quality is better then quantity.

2. What is included in the wedding photography?
For a typical wedding, I would normally cover the following - preparations at the bride's house, the groom and family at the ceremony beforehand, the bride arriving, the couple leaving, group shots of the immediate families and a private moment with just the couple, shots at the reception including guests mingling, the cutting of the cake, the speeches, toasts and first dance. All shot with a little creative flair and an eye for the spontaneous moment.

3. After the event/wedding, what happens next?
It takes many hours to manipulate the raw image until I am happy with a particular shot; in fact up to 70% of my work takes place after the shoot is done.
I will edit and present your photographs on a CD. I provide you with an order form on which you can note which photographs you would like on canvas or on any other format (see
SERVICES).

4. Can I view the images online?
I will upload all edited images - only authorised persons (such as your friends & family) will have access to this secure link.

5. Do you shoot digital or film?
I operate a full digital workflow, using fast professional Canon cameras with a variety of lenses.

6. Do you shoot colour or black & white?
I shoot in colour and you can choose any image and convert it to black & white or sepia.

Contract
I employ a simple contract which ensures there is no misunderstanding between the couple and photographer on the agreed terms and conditions. I recommend you take out wedding insurance and have written contracts with all major parties / suppliers.
